3 Days 2 Nights Peraya Homestay Adventure
What to expect.
Day 1
0800 pick up from the Kuching hotel and visit Semenggoh for orang utan feeding. Continue to Peraya Adventure Stay, meet the host family, lunch, then trek to the ancient head house and a waterfall. Dinner and a night rafting safari for wildlife (spiders, frogs, birds). Overnight.
Day 2
Breakfast, then bamboo rafting through Class I and II water on the Sirin river. Harvest wild vegetables and ferns, bamboo cooking the Bidayuh way, raft down after lunch and return to Peraya longhouse stay. Free to move around the village until dinner. Overnight.
Day 3
Breakfast, 0800 trek past agro-farming areas (pepper, rubber, cocoa) and climb through a durian orchard into pristine jungle. Trek down to Sira village and transfer back to Peraya Adventure Stay. Lunch and free at leisure until transfer out.
